Of Stockton, GA passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born on March 15, 1935 in Lanier County, GA to the late Arthur G. Browning and Doris Griffis. He was a commercial refrigeration mechanic for Royal Refrigeration. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Naylor, GA. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Alice Hollis.
Survivors include his Wife of 60 years, Pat Browning of Stockton, GA; Sons,
Gary Browning of Stockton, GA, James Browning of Fayetteville, NC; Daughters & Sons-in-Law, Debbie & Bennie Fender of Stockton, GA, Brenda & Tommy Watson of Stockton, GA; 8 Grandchildren, Raymond, Jason, Jessica, Danny, Jonathan, Sarah, Nathaniel and Brandon; and 6 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 11, 2014 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Stockton Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
