Of Lakeland went home to Heaven to be with God on Saturday, February 20, 2010 morning in South Georgia Medical Center after a short illness. Mr Ganas was born in Lanier County on August 7, 1961 to Naomi Hendley and the late Cecil Aldine Ganas. After graduating from High School in 1980, he worked construction the better part of his life. He was a member of Unity United Methodist Church.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February, 23, 2010 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services, with Rev. Tony Crosby officiating. The family will receive friends tonight Monday, February, 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
