Of Lakeland, GA passed away on, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, GA. He was born on December 11, 1955 in Hahira, GA to Leon E. and Ruth (Browning) Skinner. He was a Road Grader for Lanier County and was of the Primitive Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Skinner.
Along with his parents, survivors include his Wife, Virginia Skinner of Valdosta, GA; Sons, Conway Skinner of DuPont, GA, Charlie Skinner of Lakeland, GA; Grandchildren, Conner Riley Skinner, Logan Dewayne Skinner; Sisters, Barbara Martinez of Homerville, GA, Ellen Stone of Loganville, GA,
Peggy Bennett of Astor, FL; Brothers, John Skinner of Lakeland, GA, Glenn Skinner of Lakeland, GA;
Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
