Richard Thomas Saeger

Richard Thomas Saeger Jr., age 54, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026. He was born to loving parents, Richard Thomas Saeger Sr. and Marie Agelo Saeger in Hamilton, Ohio on December 5, 1971.

Richard deeply loved his family and treasured the companionship of his beloved pets. He took great pride in his work as an electrician in the construction industry, where his strong work ethic and dedication were evident throughout his career. In his free time, Richard enjoyed shooting pool, spending time with his many friends, and attending family reunions, where he cherished making lasting memories with those he loved. He is preceded in death by his father; son, Kyle Naville and mother-in-law, Linda Naville.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Tracey Ann Naville of Valdosta, GA; daughter, Allison Hamrick (Brian) of Bradenton, FL; son Anthony Saeger of Valdosta, GA; grandchild Morgan Lee Hamrick; mother, Marie Saeger of Etowah, NC; sisters, Mary Beth Coleman (John) of NC, Kathy Saeger (Cory) of SC, and Emily Jarvis (Morgan) of Macon, GA; father in law, Tony Naville of NC; sister in laws, Kimberly Kennedy of Valdosta, GA and Denice Diaz (Ted) of NC; brother in law, Darren Naville of CO, and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Friday, July 24, 2026, at the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
