Robert “Bob” Kipper, age 87, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 31, 2026. He was born in Dubuque, Iowa on August 1, 1938, to loving parents, Clarence John Kipper and Florence Mary Kemps Kipper.

Bob dedicated many years of service to The Celotex Corporation, where he worked as a manufacturing manager and earned the respect of colleagues through his strong work ethic and leadership. Outside of his career, he found great joy in the outdoors, especially rabbit hunting, fishing, and, later in life, golfing.

A devoted family man, Bob cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He especially enjoyed coaching his children's baseball teams, creating memories that his family would treasure for years to come. Some of his fondest memories were of working on the farm alongside his uncle, John, with whom he shared a close and meaningful bond.

Bob was an active and faithful member of St. John Catholic Church. A man of deep faith, he was steadfast in his devotion to God and lived his life guided by Christian values. Strong in both character and conviction, Bob's unwavering faith, love for his family, and dedication to serving others leave a lasting legacy that will be remembered by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, Patricia Ann Kipper; two brothers, Ted Kipper and Fran Kipper; and grandson Thomas Wilson.
