Robert “Bob” Paul Weaver, age 89, of Ray City, Georgia, passed away, Sunday, March 27, 2022, in Nashville, Georgia. He was born April 6, 1932 in Noxen, Pennsylvania to the late Erma Dorothy Schenk Weaver and Elmer David Weaver. He was retired with thirty-nine years of service with Civil Service where he was the Commissary Officer. He was a loving dad, granddad, great-granddad; he was very involved in the men’s ministry of First Baptist Church of Ray City where the men-built wheelchair ramps for the handicap; he was a member of the choir. He enjoyed working and being active. He was preceded in death by his parents; Wife, Lullene Rouse Weaver; two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include his sons: Gary Weaver and fiancé Christie Zeth of Lakeland, Georgia, Greg Weaver of Ray City, Georgia, Bryan Weaver of Nashville, Georgia; eight grandchildren: Brandon, Austin, Heather, Daniel, Emily, Jordan, Shane and Daniel; twelve great-grandchildren: Trinity, Kevin, Braelyn, Emerleigh, Charleigh, Blakelyn, Bexleigh, Maverick, Aiden, Saylor, Bella and Talton; special friends: Annette & Larry Baker Nashville, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 O’clock AM, Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at First Baptist Church Ray City, Georgia, with burial to follow in Beaver Dam Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday, March 29, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Music Funeral Services, Lakeland. Kind words and expressions of sympathy can be left for the family at
