Of Lakeland, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born on May 5, 1963 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Robert and Mary Frances (Combs) Watkins. Along with his parents, he is proceeded in death by his sister, Rebecca Watkins.
Survivors include his Son, Calvan Starling; Brothers, Charles E. Watkins and Aubrey Watkins; Sisters, Lisa Durrance (Cliff), Marie J. Hartzog (Todd), Kimberly Davenport (Chris), Michelle Bellamy; Uncles Hiam Johnson (Bobbie Lynn), JR. Combs, Wayne Johnson (Stacey); Aunts; Theresa Burr, Joyce Covington, A number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, July 6, 2019, in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in the Nashville Memorial Gardens.
