Of Valdosta passed away Saturday July 15, 2006 in South Georgia Medical center after a sudden illness. Mr. Wood was born July 21, 1955 in Plant City Florida to Robert Edward Wood, Sr. and Betty Watford Wood. He lived in Valdosta for the past 20 years ago. He was a member of Springhead Methodist Church. Mr. Wood was preceded in death by his farther, Robert Edward Wood, Sr.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 11:00 am in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral services with burial to follow in Swilley Hill Cemetery.
