Ronald Keith Carnes - 74
Of Valdosta passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 in Lakehaven Nursing Home. He was born March 18, 1937 in Piner KY to the late Ralph and Beulah Glen Carnes. Mr. Carnes served in the United States Air Force for 32 years. Following his service to his country he began working at South Georgia Medical Center where he retired after 20 years of service. He was a member of Azalea Lodge 716, Moody Masonic Lodge 433 and Bemiss United Methodist Church. Along with his parents, Mr. Carnes is preceded in death by a brother, Tom Carnes, Sr.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 12, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with the Rev. Benny Oliff officiating. Burial will follow in Cat Creek Cemetery where Masonic Rites and Military Honors will be rendered.
