Of Stockton, GA passed away Monday afternoon, November 17, 2003 in Louis Smith Memorial Hospital. She was born in St Augustine, Fl and had lived in Stockton approximately 35 years. Rosalie had worked at Lakeland Villa Convalescent Center and Louis Smith Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Lakeland Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Jack Fender.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2003 in the Lakeland
Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Lovejoy Cemetery.
