Rouse Philip Copeland, Jr – 58
Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at his residence. He was born on May 19, 1958 in Fitzgerald, GA to the late Rouse Philip and Patricia (Reichel) Copeland, Sr. He worked as a prison guard at Valdosta State Prison and was a member of the Dasher Church of Christ. He loved spending time with his friends and family and was an avid pet lover.
Survivors include his: Sister & Brother-in-Law, Lucinda & Bobby Guess of Naylor, GA; Nephews, Sam Guess (Amanda) and Clay Guess, all of Valdosta, GA; Cousin, Melissa Passmore (Ron) of Hahira, GA. A number of extended family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM in Dasher Cemetery. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . The Copeland family is being cared for by the compassionate and caring staff of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta.
