Roy Neal Bell Jr.

Roy Neal Bell Jr., age 55, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2026. He was born to loving parents, Roy Neal Bell Sr. and Sandra Lee Bullard Passmore on February 7, 1971, in Winston-Salem, NC.

Roy loved his family dearly and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those around him. He had a natural talent for working with his hands and enjoyed spending his time working on cars and small engines. He also loved being outdoors and enjoyed the simple pleasures that life had to offer.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra; niece, Heather Bell and his grandparents.

Roy is survived by his son, Jeffery Bell (Kalyn) of Lake Park, GA; daughter, Katherine Adkins (Charles) of Columbia, SC; and son, Nathan Lee Bell of Illinois; grandson, Robert Adkins of Columbia, SC; sister Barbara Chafin of Moultrie, GA; father, Roy Neal Bell Sr. of Winston-Salem, NC and a number of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and extended family members.

The family will be hosting a memorial service at 2:00PM, Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church of Lake Park, GA.
