Roy Lankford – 50

Of Valdosta passed away Saturday September 4, 2004 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born in Dade City, FL and had lived in the Valdosta area for the past 20 years. He was an active member of the Azalea City Church of God. His Father, Perry Lankford and Brother, Billy Lankford preceded him in death.
Through his life there has been many Valleys and Mountains but today he stands Victorious with his Lord at the top of the Mountain.

Funeral Services were held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday September 7, 2004 in the Azalea City Church of God with the Rev. Raymond Gabbard and Rev. Keith Lairsey officiating. A private burial will be held in Virginia.
