Roylee James Stone, 17, of Nashville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Born on September 17, 2007, to Winston Stone and Heidi Tillman Stone, Roylee was a vibrant young man whose heart was as fast as the cars he loved. From a young age, Roylee had a deep passion for automobiles—he could spend hours working on them, talking about them, or just dreaming about his next project. His love for speed and the hum of an engine was matched only by his quick wit and infectious sense of humor.
Roylee had a gift for storytelling, always ready with a funny tale or clever remark that could entertain anyone. Beneath his playful nature was a deeply compassionate soul. He had a genuine heart and a strong desire to help others—he couldn’t bear to see anyone in pain or left out. That kindness made him a friend too many and a joy to be around.
Another source of pride for Roylee was his involvement in the family business, Pool Pros. He found real joy working alongside his uncles and papaw, learning the ropes and contributing to something bigger than himself. That time spent with family, building something together, meant the world to him.
He is survived by his mother, Heidi Stone of Nashville, Georgia; father, Winston Stone of Nashville, Georgia; siblings: Ted Stone, Tony Stone and John Stone; grandparents: David Tillman of Naylor, Georgia and Sharon Tillman of Nashville, Georgia; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members who loved Roylee deeply.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Music Funeral Services of Lakeland. Kind words and expressions of sympathy can be left for the family at
