Ruby Carolyn Cooper

Of Ray City, passed away Tuesday morning, March 4, 2008 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton. She was born in Berrien County, Georgia to the late Olin Bristol and Ruth Nix Bristol. Her hobbies include her animals, drinking her favorite drink Ritz Pina Colada Soda while shopping. She was employed with Whidden's Furniture in Nashville, Georgia for 38 years. She is preceded in death by her father and brother Roger "Bud" Bristol.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2008 at the First Baptist Church of Ray City with burial following in Beaver Dam Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. She will lie in state one hour prior to service at the church.
