Of Lake Park, GA passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at her residence. She was born May 15, 1925 in Echols County, GA to the late Wakely & Effie Lola Culpepper Peterson. She was a member of Truth Harbor Apostolic Church. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by: her husband, E.L. Corbett; 4 brothers, Arvin Peterson, Mallory Peterson, Avery Peterson, Ivy Peterson; 2 sisters, Audrey Peterson, Mildred Peterson; Grandchild, Little Jim Corbett; 2 Great Grandchildren; Joshua Ryan Patterson and Marlie Leach.

Survivors Include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Barbara & James Roebuck of Tocoa, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law Billy L. & Joann Corbett of Statenville, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Linda & Tommy Hambrick of Howell, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, Jim & Sherry Corbett of Naylor, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Jerri & Ted Allen of Lake Park, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Emily & Everett Chadwick of Lake Park, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Deborah & James McGauley of Lake Park, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, Leslie Voniah & Mary Corbett of Howell, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Judy & Tony Bennett of Howell, GA and a numerous of Grandchildren, Nieces and, Nephews.


Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Music Funeral Services in Valdosta, GA. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services.
