Of Valdosta passed away Thursday, November 4, 2010 in South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on October 12, 1921 in Moultrie, GA to the late John Thomas & Elizabeth Spradley Bennett. Mrs. Fender loved spending time with her family, quilting and playing cards. She was Baptist by faith. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Coston Fender, daughter, Margie Adcock, 2 sons, Carroll Fender and Billy Fender, grandson, Kenny Fender, great grandson, Kalum Fender, sister, Lula Rollison and 2 brothers, Jake Bennett and Henry Bennett
She is survived by; Sons & Daughters-in-law, James C. & Patricia Fender, Valdosta, GA, Ronnie J. & Pat Fender, Valdosta, GA, 13 Grandchildren:Ricky, Shelia, Randy, Pam, Carolyn, Tracy, Eliza, Michelle, Melinda, Ronnie Wayne, J.P. and Ronda; A number of Great Grandchildren & Great Great Grandchildren; Brother, Ethridge Bennett, Valdosta, GA; Daughter-in-law, Mavis Fender, Valdosta, GA
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 7, 2010 in Long Bridge Cemetery, Berrien County, GA. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the funeral home.
