Sandra G. Sibley

Sandra Gloss Sibley, age 83, currently of Valdosta GA and formerly of Waycross GA and Milledgeville GA, passed peacefully surrounded by her daughters on March 13, 2026. She was born on October 26, 1942, in Jacksonville, FL to the late Robert Jordan Gloss and Jean (McQuaig) Baker. Sandra was a much-loved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend as well as a benefactor to many. Sandra was full of faith and love of God. She was a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Valdosta. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Alan Bowen Sibley of Milledgeville, her mother Jean McQuaig Gloss Baker (Paul) of Dublin, and brothers Robert Jordan (Jerry) Gloss of Waycross and Mickey Gloss (Cecila) of Manor GA.

Sandra is survived by her two daughters Lynn Joyner Bowen (Bo) and Jeanie Joyner Pringle (Ben), four grandchildren, Brian Bowen (Rachel), Eric Bowen, Lori Beth Bowen, Bella Pringle, and one great grandson, RJ Pringle, all of Valdosta. Her sisters, Susan Lee (Benny) of Statesboro GA, Eslie Collins (Giles) of Dublin GA, and Carolyn Dean (Elton) of Dublin GA. Also surviving are numerous and much-loved nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Valdosta, GA. Burial will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, March 16, 2026 at Memory Hill Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA. Kind words and expressions of sympathy may be left for the family at www.musicfuneralservices.com.
