Sanford Joe Moran

Sanford “Sandy” Joe Moran, age 71, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at his residence. He was born on May 14, 1955, in Buffalo, New York, to the late Henry James Moran Sr. and Mary Geneva (Cotton) Webb. He enjoyed different woodworking projects and spending time with his family, especially at family gatherings. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepfather, Colan Webb; grandparents: Louis and Ruzell Cotton, brothers, David Webb, and Jimmy Webb, sister-in-law; Tammy Moran

Survivors include his sister, Brenda Freeman (Robert) of Valdosta, Georgia; brother, Henry Moran, Jr. of Cocoa, Florida; sister, Debbie Lewis (Dan) Hahira, Georgia; sister-in-law; Sheryl Webb of Ray City, GA., numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
