Of Lake Park passed away Sunday, May 29, 2005 in the South Georgia Medical Center after a sudden illness. She was born and had lived most of her life in Lanier County. Mrs. Patrick worked as a Registered Nurse with the Civil Service for 33 years. After her retirement she moved to her vacation home in Suwannee, Fl. where she enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends. She was Catholic by faith. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James A. Patrick a son, James Keith Patrick, sister, Beatrice Powell, Brother & Sister-in-Law, I.B. & Golie Kirkland, Niece, Betty Peters, two Nephews, William Tomlinson and Darrell Kirkland and her Parents, Isbin & Violer Kirkland.
Survivors include: Sister - Lucille Tomlinson- Lake Park, Ga.
2 Nieces- JoAnn & Billy Zipperer- Lake Park, Ga.
Rebecca Tomlinson- Valdosta, Ga.
2 Nephews- Bobby & Margaret Tomlinson- Valdosta, Ga.
Prince & Frances Kirkland- Valdosta, Ga.
A Number of Great Nieces & Great Nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday Morning in the Camp Creek Missionary Baptist Church with entombment in the church cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to Camp Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 130 Orange Street, Homerville, Ga. 31634 or a charity of your choice.
