Of Valdosta passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2004 in Bainbridge after injuries she received in a motorcycle accident. She was born on March 9, 1969 in San Jose, California. She served in the National Guard for 13 years before transferring to active duty in U.S. Army in 1998 where she was currently serving as a recruiter. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her mother, Lila Longshore, preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday August 26, 2004 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Entombment followed in Pensacola, FL on Saturday August 28, 2004at 2:00 P.M. in Bayview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cancer Center in c/o SGMC Foundation, P.O.
