Shelby J. Rinkle

Shelby J. Rinkle, age 56, of Valdosta, passed on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia after a lengthy illness. She was born Greenwood, South Caroline on August 12, 1966. She was a bookkeeper at the Salvation Army in Valdosta prior to an automobile accident that ended in her retirement.
Survivors include her loving husband of thirty-six years, John W. Rinkle of Valdosta, Georgia; a daughter Katharine Rinkle of Valdosta, Georgia; grandson Ian Rinkle of Valdosta, Georgia; her parents, three brothers, several aunts, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation and a private memorial service will b held at a later time.
