Shelva "Jean" Roe Crews

Shelva “Jean” Roe Crews, age 81, of Lakeland, Georgia, passed away, Thursday, February 24, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on July 11, 1940 in Lakeland, Georgia to the late Letha Bradford Roe and Christopher Columbus Roe. She was a housekeeper with The Herndon Family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Doffis Crews; two sisters and three brothers.
Survivors include her children: Scottie Crews and wife Tina, of Lakeland, Georgia, Penny C. Bass and husband Michael of Thomasville, Georgia and Pamela L. Crews of Lakeland, Georgia; five grandchildren: J. D. Crews, Kandace Crews, Jared Bass, Brittany Brinkley and Elizabeth Bass; two great-grandchildren: Mason and Marisa Brinkley; one brother, Raymond Roe and wife Maggie of Ray City, Georgia; two sisters: Marjorie R. Parker and husband Donald of Cummings, Georgia, Charlotte R. Hiers of Valdosta, Georgia; a special niece that was like her daughter, Audrey Delmolino, another niece, Mary Roe of Lakeland, Georgia; several other nieces and nephews also survives.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:30 O’clock P.M., Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Music Funeral Services, Lakeland Chapel. Interment will follow at Lovejoy Cemetery, in Lanier County.
