Sherman “Bone” Boyd – 54 of Lakeland passed away February 13, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born on January 21, 1964 in Lakeland, GA to the late Jasper & Susie (Terry) Boyd, Sr.
Survivors Include: Daughter: Sasha Boyd Lazaro (Matt Gearhart), Ray City; 3 Grandchildren: Monica Boyd, Elizabeth Boyd & Payton Lazaro; Sister: Sylvia Gail Boyd, Lakeland; 4 Brothers & Sister-in-law: Bobby Boyd, Valdosta, Jasper Boyd, Jr., Lakeland, Randy & Sherry Boyd, Valdosta, Albert Boyd, Lakeland, a number of nieces & nephews; Special Friends: Wayne Mullis, LaDela Hayes
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time on Saturday.
