Of Alma, GA passed away on Thursday May 26, 2016 at her residence. She was born January 1, 1951 in Lakeland, GA to Odessa Pierce Bradford and the late Wallace Bradford. Sherry graduated from Lanier County High School Class of 1968, attended the University of Georgia. Her passion was helping those with developmental behavior which she did for many years employed with the State of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband Luther Ricketson, father Wallace Bradford, brothers Lawson Bradford and Larry Bradford, a brother-in-law Hugh Tomlinson.

Sunday May 29, 2016 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow at Fender Cemetery in Lakeland, GA The family will receive friends on Saturday May 28, 2016 at the funeral home between 5:00 and 7:00 PM.
