Of Nashville, GA passed away on February 9, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 10, 1951 in Adel, GA to the late Melvin Lane and Dell (Smith) Lane. She loved spending time with her family. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joe NeSmith; brothers, Randall Lane, Bennie Lane, Tommy Lane and Richard Lane.
Survivors include: Daughter, Sheri Rogers of Nashville, GA, Daughter, Katina Blount and husband, David of Nashville, GA, Daughter, Sandra N. Cersey and husband, Ray of Ray City, GA, Son, Joseph Allen NeSmith, and wife, Anna of Wilsonville, OR, Daughter, Deborah N. Exum and husband, Michael of Waverly, GA; 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Helen Bristol and husband Charles of Alapaha, GA, Sister, Barbara Gorges of Blue Ridge, GA; Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 15, 2021 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Crossroad Cemetery in Adel, GA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday, February 15, 2021 at the funeral home.
