Of Valdosta passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Chatham County, GA on November 19, 1958 to Raymond Swinson and the late Penny Pearl Swinson. Mr. Swinson was employed by SAFT for many years. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include:daughters, Heather Renee Barrett, Valdosta, GA, Kayla Lily Swinson, Valdosta, GA, son, Eric Warren Swinson, Valdosta, GA, 3 grandchildren, Sister, Ruby Jean Swinson, Valdosta, GA, numerous nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 30, 2008 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2008 in Douglas City Cemetery in Douglas, GA. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2008 at the funeral home.
