Of Hahira passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 6, 1942 to the late Otis Charlie & Clara Mae Dorsey Barker. She was Baptist by faith. She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Harry Barker, Howard Barker, Annabelle Carter, Mary Smith, Horace Barker, Huey Barker, W.T. Barker, Johnny Barker, Laine Griner.
Mrs. Register was survived by her, Husband, Troy F. Register, Valdosta, GA, Daughter & Son-in-law Clara & Robby Burnston, Hahira, GA, Son & Daughter-in-law, Charles Bailey & Emily Bagwell Lula, GA, Step Daughters, Gail & Greg Pretoff, Lake Park, GA, Debbie & Jessie Allen, Valdosta, GA, Numerous Grandchildren, Brother, Charlie Barker, Ray City, GA, Sister, Linda Miley, Hahira, GA
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 17, 2008 in Riverview Memorial Gardens with Rev. Charlie Scarborough officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the funeral home.
