Susan was a loving and dedicated mother who loved her children very much. She was also passionate about her career as a hair stylist.
Survivors Include Father and Step-mother, Mel and Robin Schnake of Valdosta, GA; Mother and Step-father, Katherine and Mike Cooper of Thomasville, GA; Son, Boone Meade of North Dakota and a daughter Aubrey Jones of Quitman, GA; Brothers, Ben Schnake of Valdosta, GA, Joe Schnake and Companion Jenn of Lake Park, GA; Sister, Beth Ann Schnake of Warner Robins, GA; Aunt, Cheryl Mullen of Chatham, IL.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 on Sunday, August 4, 2019, at the funeral home. No formal services will be held.
