Susie Latrelle Chisholm – 92 of Ray City, Georgia passed away on Thursday November 5, 2020 in her home after a lengthy illness. Susie was born on July 4, 1928 in Nashville, Georgia to the late Susie (Ray) and F.W. Shaw. She worked as a beautician for many years. She impacted so many lives through the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service in Lanier County. She also had a big impact on many 4-H students. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sharing her food with others. Mrs. Chisholm was blessed with a “Green Thumb” and spent many hours in her yard where anyone riding by knew they had arrived at her home of all the blooming flowers. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L. Chisholm, brothers, Otis Shaw, Gerald Shaw and sister, Lawanna Maples.
