Of Lakeland passed away Thursday, January 25, 2007 in Louis Smith Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born in Berrien County on August 25, 1915 to the late Martin & Martha Browning and had lived in Lakeland most of her life. Mrs. Griner was a member of the Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Colie Griner, 4 sisters, Beulah Browning, Averl Sirmans, Ida Fender & Tinie Royals and one brother, Earnest Browning .
Survivors include: Son, Robert Buddy Griner, Lakeland, GA, Grandson & Granddaughter, Tony & Michelle Griner, Lakeland, GA, Great Granddaughter, Amber Griner, Lakeland, GA, A number of nieces, nephews and special friends
Funeral services were held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, January 28, 2007 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery.
