Suzanne Louise Dierks Hooper

Suzanne Louise Hooper, age 77, of Jennings, Florida passed away on February 14, 2022 in the Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, Florida. She was born on May 7, 1944 in Independence, Missouri to the late Louise L. Galbraith and Frederick M. Dierks. She earned her Master’s degree and for many years was a real estate agent. She was a strong entrepreneur; a very private person; active in both Hamilton and Lowndes County events; for many years she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lake Park and later attended Truth Harbor Apostolic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Miles Hooper and one sister.
Survivors include: sons Brian Hooper of Eugene, Oregon; Christopher Miles Hooper of Eugene, Oregon; sister Kathryn D. Greene of Lufkin, Texas; special caregivers Kimberly and Ron; Landon; Luke; Leanna; Jeanie; Alicia; Marie; her maintenance man Curtis and her neighborhood family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 o’clock A.M. Friday, February 18, 2022 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services, interment will follow in the Lake Park Cemetery.
