Sylvia Jane Moore – 81
Of Lakeland, GA passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at her residence. Sylvia was born to the late Thelma Elizabeth (Littleton) and Clyde Williams on July 22, 1936 in Battle Creek, Michigan. Before retiring, Mrs. Moore worked as a patient representative for Louis Smith Memorial Hospital in Lakeland, Georgia. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lakeland. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Clifford E. Hall, Sr. and William “Bill” Moore; children, Elizabeth Ann Hoag, John Kevin Hoag, and sister, Francis Delong.
She is survived by: Daughters and Son-in-law, Cheryl and Darrell Sirmans of Lakeland, GA; Tina and Scott Fountain of Lakeland, GA; Sons and Daughter-in-law, Don Crumpton of Panama City; FL; Monty and Trisha Hall of Lakeland, GA; Step-son, Cliff and Susan Hall of Lakeland, GA Grandchildren: Rodney and Alisha Sirmans, Dustin and Kimberly Sirmans, Jeremy Hall, Cierra Hall, Lane Hall, Meagan Crumpton, Kyle Crumpton and Kaytlin Fountain; Great Grandchildren: Kyle Sirmans (Catherine Sumner), CarliLeigh Sirmans, Elly Sirmans, Dusty Sirmans, Jasleigh Sirmans, Lacey Sirmans, Dylan Holbrook, Reid Holbrook, Parker Crumpton and Brynn Crumpton; Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral services for Mrs. Moore will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services, Lakeland, GA with burial to follow in Fender cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 25,2018 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. The family is accepting flowers or asks that you make a donation to Halcyon Hospice, Valdosta, GA.
