Of Lakeland, GA passed away Tuesday morning, November 4, 2003 in Lakeland Villa Convalescent Center following a lengthy illness. She was born in Berrien County and had lived in Lakeland most of her life. Mrs. Thompson was a member of First Baptist Church. Preceding Mrs. Thompson in death were her husband, Lester Lee Thompson and daughter, Sandra Burkhart.
