Of Nashville passed away early Thursday morning February 3, 2005 in Tift Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born on January 6, 1928 to the late Talley L., Sr. and Minnie Stone Skinner in Lanier County and had lived most of his life in Nashville. Mr. Skinner is preceded in death by his wife, Goalie Skinner and 2 sisters, Helen Gaskins and Thelma Simmons.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday February 5, 2005 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial in Empire Cemetery.
