Of Valdosta passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 in Shands at the University of Florida. She was born on February 25, 1962 in Lowndes County to Simon & Matie Lou Sumner Croft. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church.
Along with her parents she is survived by her
Husband, James Forrest, Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Jessica Forrest, Valdosta, GA; Son, James Rubard Forrest, Valdosta, GA; Brother, Patrick Croft, Atlanta, GA; Sister & Brother-in-law, Brenda & Robert McConville, Adel, GA; Neices & Nephews, Carmen Potts, Byron, GA, Brian McConville, Charlotte, NC, Michael McConville, Birmingham, AL, Grace McConville, Adel, GA, Samuel Croft, Atlanta, GA
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 18, 2011 in the Sardis Baptist Church, 390 Corbett Lane, Lake Park, GA 31636, with burial to follow in the Hickory Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Music Funeral Home, 3831 North Valdosta Road, Valdosta, GA. 31602. In lieu of flowers there is a memorial fund set up through the Park Avenue 7th Day Adventist Church, 104 West Thigpen Avenue, Lakeland, Georgia 31635, or call 229 244-2042.
