Teresa Jean Smith – 55
Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Lakehaven Nursing Home. She was born on December 15, 1962 in Macon, GA to late Samuel and Elizabeth (Colvin) Floyd. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her horses and her dogs. Along with her father she is preceded in death by her niece, Jordan Moore.
Survivors include her Husband of 14 years, Donald W. Hill, III of Valdosta, GA; Sons, Preston Willis of Valdosta, GA; Son, Brook Willis of Jacksonville, FL; Grandchildren, Kaylee Willis and Emilyn Willis;
Mother, Elizabeth C. Floyd of Hahira, GA; Sister & Brother-in-Law, Lisa & Luke Smith of Hahira, GA;
Brothers, Buddy Floyd & Paige of Atlanta, GA; Brother, Scott Floyd & Virginia of Melbourne, FL; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Friday, January 19, 2018 with the service following. The family will be receiving visitors from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 and Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the home of Lisa Smith at 5386 Coppage Road in Hahira, GA.
