Of Valdosta passed away early Wednesday morning March 29, 2006 in the Langdale Place. She was born in Atkinson County, Ga. on February 10, 1929. Mrs. Culpepper lived in Stockton for many years before moving to Valdosta where she has lived for the past 20 years. She was a member of the Forrest Street Church of God and was preceded in death by her husbands, Billy Zeigler and Ivey S. Culpepper, parents, and Brother, Carroll Higgs, Sr.
Survivors Include: Son and Daughter-in-law, Danny and Jo Culpepper, Valdosta, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday Morning, April 1, 2006 in Forrest Street Church of God with the Rev. Wayne Hughes, Rev. Harold McLeod and Rev. Keith Sandlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Wayfare Cemetery in Echols County.
Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the Culpepper family.
