Thomas Gregory "Greg" Suggs

Thomas Gregory Suggs, age 55, died Monday, March 29, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center, in Valdosta, Georgia after a brief illness. He was born July 16, 1965, in Charlotte, North Carolina to Stella McCann Suggs, who survives of Valdosta, Georgia and the late James Calvin Suggs. Greg enjoyed go-cart and dirt track racing, looking for arrowheads; he was a loving uncle and enjoyed spending time with nieces and nephews; was a very giving person and also one of a kind. He was preceded in death by his father, James Calvin Suggs; step-brother, Edward Carlo Jr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife of twenty years, Gena Crews Suggs; brothers, Tony Suggs, James Suggs and wife Kim, and Patrick “P.J.” Carlo and fiancé Stephanie Pendleton all of Valdosta, Georgia; nieces and nephews, Jonathan and Heather Kassum, Hunter Suggs, Taylor Suggs, Storm Conaway and wife Loren, Brianna “Bree Brat” Wester; great niece and nephew: Haley Kassum and Aiden Kassum; Mother and Father-in-law: Gena and Tommy Crews of Lake Park, GA; brother-in-law: Tom Crews and wife Amy; sister-in-law: Shawn McDonald and husband Yank, all of Lake Park, Georgia. Numerous other friends that were like family.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, April 1, 2021 in the Lake Park Cemetery, 6451 Ocean Pond Ave. Lake Park, Georgia 31636. The family will greet friends at the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
