Thomas Tommy Ray - 37
Of Valdosta passed away early Wednesday morning November 3, 2004 in Port St. Lucie, Fl due to injuries he received in an automobile accident. He was born on March 11, 1967 in North Carolina and had lived in Valdosta most of his life. Tommy enjoyed playing the guitar in a small local band as well as at The Park Avenue United Methodist Church. He worked for Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. in Valdosta. His grandparents, Luther and Eva Dotson and Kelse and Inez Ray preceded him in death.

Wife, Cherri Ray, Daughter, Shelly K. Ray, Sons, Randy T. Ray, Matthew W. Ray, Father and Stepmother, Howard and Ann Ray, All of Valdosta, Mother, Vera Ray, Asheville, N.C, Brothers and Sisters in Law, Ron and Christine Ray, Asheville, N.C., Sam and Pam Ray, Asheville, N.C., Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Charles and Joyce Frush, Valdosta, Ga., Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law, Chuck and B.J. Frush, Canton, Ga., Stepbrother, Charles Sheppard, Stepsisters, Sharron Oaks, Scotty Stone, Christy Johnson, A number of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. Extended Family members include: Terry Jones, the employees and families of the Southeastern district of Pepsi-Cola.
Funeral Services were held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday November 7, 2004 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with the Rev. Tom Studstill and the Rev. Craig Rikard officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
