Timothy Edwin Carter

Timothy Edwin Carter, 62, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Lake Park, Georgia, also known as Mayday, Georgia. Due to the recent increase in Covid cases, please consider wearing a mask. Music Funeral Services in Lakeland, Georgia, will handle the burial.
Tim was born in Valdosta, Georgia, and attended Hawkinsville High School and Middle Georgia College. He was in the U.S. Navy. Tim loved music, was of the Baptist faith, and was a Machinist for various machine shops through the years.
Tim was surely greeted at the gates of Heaven by his father, Jesse Edwin Carter, who preceded him in death.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Tim are his loving mother, Betty Carter of Perry; his siblings, Sherry Reeves (Jimmy) and Pam McFeeters (Neal), both of Perry, and Phillip Carter of Lake Park, Georgia; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
