He was adored by his grandchildren Emilee and Kristian, who knew him as "Paki". He was the owner of Superb Drywall in Central, FL for over 20 years. He loved the outdoors and spending time fishing with his daughters. He was also known and loved as "Coach Troy" to both softball and basketball teams that he mentored. Troy was full of life and enjoyed every minute of it. His reply to "How are you doing?" was "I'm so happy; I have to sit on my hands to keep from waving at everybody!"
