Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Pruitt health of Valdosta. She was born on September 10, 1924 in Doerun, GA to the late Lloyd Smith and Mattie (Powell) Smith. She loved people and never met a stranger. She was a seamstress and enjoyed sewing. Mrs. Daly was also a member of Bemiss Road Methodist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Daly, and sons Larry and Ronnie Daly.
Survivors include Daughter, Jeannie Gum of Tallahassee, FL; Daughter-in-law, Jan Daly of Valdosta, GA; Granddaughter, Wendy Young of Tallahassee, FL; Grandson, Jeremy Daly and wife, Jessica of Hahira, GA; Grandson, Michael Daly and wife, Kim of Valdosta, GA; 6 Great grandchildren: Jordan, Austin, Madison, George, Mary Ann, and Jace.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on November 21, 2020 at Riverview Memorial Gardens. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . The compassionate and caring staff of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving Mrs. Daly’s family.
