Of Lakeland passed away Saturday December 25, 2010 in the Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born July 24, 1928 to the late James Chadwick and Ina Ray Chadwick in Berrien County, GA. He owned and operated Bi-State Roofing in Lakeland until his retirement. He was a former City Councilman and a member of the Lakeland Masonic Lodge #434 serving as Past Master. He was a member of Pleasant Way Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Chadwick and his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M. Tuesday December 28, 2010 at Pleasant Way Baptist Church with burial following in the Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home between 6:00P.M. and 8:00P.M. Monday evening.
Donations made to Langdale Hospice House, 2263 Pineview Dr.Valdosta, GA 31602 will be greatly appreciated by the family.
