Velma Cone

Of Ray City passed away Monday, March 31, 2008 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born in Murphy, Georgia to the late John & Henretta Dupree Sowell. She lived in Berrien County most of her life. She was a member of the Ray City United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008 in the Ray City United Methodist Church with burial following in New Ramah Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, April 2, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
