Of Cleveland, Al passed away Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Medical Center East in Birmingham, Al after a lengthy illness. He was born in Clinch County, Ga. and had lived in Florida for most of his life before moving to Alabama. Mr. Stone worked as a self employed carpenter building houses. He was a member of Galloway Holiness Church in Lakeland, Fl.
Survivors Include: Wife, Mary Elizabeth Stone, Cleveland, Al, 5 Daughters and Sons-in-law; Kathy Yeoman, Lenox, Ga., Elise and Scott Russell, Trusville, Al., Gladys and Mike Isbell, Odenville, Al, Lori and David Johnson, Cleveland, Al, Amy and Matt Stefanik, Brandon, Fl, 2 Sons; Melvin and Deborah Stone, Delcon Springs, Fl, James Stone, Orlando, Fl, 17 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, Brother, J.W. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with Brother Darrell OSteen officiating. Burial will follow in New River Cemetery in Berrien County.
