Of Valdosta passed away at her residence Monday, April 23, 2012 after a lengthy illness. Ms. McCann was born in March 26, 1929 to the late William Dorsey & Geraldine Brown Miles. She attended New Seasons Church of God. She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Neal McCann, a daughter, a son, a sister and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her Daughter, Stella Carlo, Valdosta, GA; Son, Jimmy McCann, Abbeville, GA; 8 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 5 Great Great Grandchildren; Several extended family members
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends this evening Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from one hour prior and one hour after service time at the funeral home. As per her wishes, she will be cremated following the memorial service.
