Of Ray City, GA passed away Monday, April 14, 2014 in Louis Smith Memorial Hospital. She was born on October 22, 1938 to Russell and Aline Brantley Harpe in Ray City, GA. She retired from Nashville Mills and was of the Baptist faith. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a husband, Kemper Bartley Sr, her sister, Lucille Fender, and four brothers, Marion Harpe, Eugene Harpe, James Harpe, and Russell Harpe, Jr.
Her survivors include, Son, Larry Dean Bartley of Ray City, GA; Daughter & Son-in-Law, Felecia & Kenny Fincher of Sylvester, GA; Son, Gregory Allen Bartley of Ray City, GA; Son, Kemper Bartley, Jr. of Ray City, GA; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . Music Funeral Services of Lakeland is serving the family.
