Of Ray City passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born August 24, 1943 in Berrien County Georgia to the late Beige & Essie Rogers Ray. She was employed at the Berrien County Board of Education in the lunch room, where she loved serving the children. She had a great passion for cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Henry Dales and 3 brothers Clayton, Virgil, and Jimmy Ray.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 15, 2014in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services in Lakeland with Rev. Danny Edwards officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Beaver Dam Cemetery in Ray City, GA. The Family will receive friends Monday, July 14, 2014 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
