Of Valdosta passed away early Wednesday morning April 18, 2012 at her residence. She was born on August 8, 1925 in Lowndes County, GA to the late Thomas & Estelle Hunter Harris. She enjoyed baking cakes and pies to share with friends and family. She was a member of the Christ the King Episcopal Church. Mrs. Lehman was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Lehman, sister, Ruth Morgan and 2 brothers, Roy Harris and T.J. Harris.
She is survived by her Daughter, Judith Lehman, Valdosta, GA; Sons, David Lehman, Jennings, FL, George Lehman, Atlanta, GA, Gary Lehman, Cairo, GA; 8 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Mary Linhan, Valdosta, GA, Chris Dennis, Valdosta, GA, Shirley Vallee, Valdosta, GA, Lucy Grover, McDonough, GA; Brothers, Murray Harris, Valdosta, GA, Aubrey Harris, Quitman, GA
As per her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Christ the King Episcopal Church, 101 East Central Avenue, Valdosta, GA. 31601 or Bethany Hospice, 2517 Bemiss Rd Ste. D, Valdosta, GA 31602.
